Shipping & Refund Policy

Free Shipping: All orders over £150| $200| €175 are subject to free shipping.

Shipping rates: Flat-rate shipping is standard for all orders this is £14.99 for international orders and £5.99 for orders within the UK,unless customer request other shipping options. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the UK, and 5-10 days for international shipping. Please note that the above shipping days are subject to Product availability, if your item is not currently in stock an email will be sent to you offering you and extended estimated wait time or offering you a refund option.

Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday.

Shipping method: House Of Hair uk uses Royal Mail as our main UK shipping method and DHL for international shipping. All items shipped are tracked and signed for. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day your item is shipped. PLEASE NOTE: If Royal Mail is used for an international orders your parcel will be handed to a local parcel company but can still be tracked using the number provided.

BILLING ADDRESS vs. SHIPPING ADDRESS: If billing address is different from shipping address, you will be required to email Houseofhairuk@gmail.com a copy of your ID.

SHIPPING CARRIER: A signature is required for most deliveries. Using your best day-time address is advised in order to receive your package as soon as possible. House of hair uk is not responsible for any delays due to carrier, holidays or natural disasters.

SHIPPING ON RETURN ITEMS: If a shipment is returned to us due to the wrong address or an exchange, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. In the rare occurrence that We (house of hair uk) sends an incorrect item or any other issues we are responsible for, we will reimburse the customer for returned shipping cost, and cover expenses to reship.

Out-OF-STOCK ITEMS: If an item is out of stock on the site, please feel free to contact us to find out when this is due in stock again. Shipments arrive weekly so items may be in stock, but not updated on the website. If you placed an order for an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email of phone call

EXCHANGE or REFUNDS

You may exchange or request a refund only if

  • the wrong order was sent
  • the product is not as we described
  • package is unopened and not been used.

Returned hair or product must be returned within 14days for an exchange or refund.

All products must be unused/unworn, free from odor/perfume, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached

HAIR: Care instructions are provided on all hair extensions to assure customer satisfaction before installing extensions. Once the hair is removed from its original packaging, tags are removed, or hair has been installed, hair extensions can no longer be identified as our product, therefore, absolutely no exchanges or refunds will be honored.
